Common questions
Do my guests need an account?
No. Open the link, allow mic/camera, type a display name and you are in. There is no sign-up and nothing to install.
How many people can join a room?
Up to about 100 participants per room on our current hardware — enough for every sales demo, interview and training session. Larger events can run as a webinar on request.
Is the meeting encrypted?
Yes. All media travels over DTLS/SRTP, and the room is served over HTTPS with an active certificate. Recordings are stored on our own server, not a public cloud.
Can I attach the meeting to a client or lead?
Yes — from OrbitoCRM, schedule the meeting against a client, lead or project. The link, participants and recording land on that record automatically.
Where is my data?
On our managed server in Bengaluru, India. We never share meeting content with analytics providers; there are no third-party trackers on this page.
What happens if I lose the connection?
The room keeps the link live. Rejoin from the same URL and you are back in; the chat and participants list stay as they were.
